2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the forms on this website:
- Quote form: name, phone, email, company (optional), website (optional), project information (type, estimated budget, timeline, details).
- Contact form: name, phone, email and your message.
- Technical data: the IP address the form was submitted from, used strictly for abuse (spam) prevention.
This website does not use cookies, does not integrate traffic analytics and does not load third-party resources. Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
3. Why we collect this data
We use the data submitted through the forms exclusively to respond to your request: preparing a price quote or replying to your message. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep the data
Enquiries are kept in our internal records for as long as they remain relevant to a potential collaboration, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction, after which they are deleted.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. The data is stored on the servers hosting this website, located in the European Union, and is accessible exclusively to the Brave Design team.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). For any request regarding your data, write to us at contact@bravedesign.ro — we reply within 30 days.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiry records and validation of all data received through the forms.
